Position Description

Job Duties: Front desk/Customer service assistant for the Academic Advising office, SPG campus. Working the front desk signing in students and troubleshooting student issues for registration and admissions, etc. Assisting students in the admissions and registration process. Knowledge of MYSPC and other student portals as well as SPC website. Maintaining/monitoring computer lab and front desk. Clerical functions such as filing, making copies, phone calls, data entry, verifying data, and routine customer service. Responsibilities may include directing walk-in customers to proper departments. Fast paced environment. Looking for outgoing person with great communication skills and flexible schedule.

Specific Skills Desired: Must possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to effectively multitask, and must adhere to all SPC employment policies.

Desired work schedule: Flexible schedule with hours available between 8:30 am - 5:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:30am - 1pm on Friday.
