Worker will assist techs in supporting end users, troubleshooting, and configuring laptops, adding printers, imaging new devices and clearing data by Department of Defense standards, and other duties as assigned.
Inventory, cleaning, and technology exercises will be done during downtime.
Troubleshooting will include security and networking identification as well as device performance.
Students will be given the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of how technology is supported in an Enterprise setting.
