Job Description

Job Summary
Responsible for daily functions of TDSI support with processing and verifying invoices, accounts payable/receivable. Set up and manage Purchase Order processes for all expenses, manages supplemental collections for added services, and contingent worker onboarding and tracking.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities

  • Vehicle damage inspections at facility
    • Identify and generate reports according to TDSI/CSX damage reporting
    • Utilize a handheld device
  • Investigate damage across different work locations within the terminal
  • Enter damage repairs into EOM system
  • Be able to operate a jump box
  • Inventory Reconciliation weekly
  • Answer all damage and inventory emails (high volume emails)
  • Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager



Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 or more years of experience in Administrative

Knowledge and Skills

  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi task
