About the Role:

The Treasury Analyst position at TD SYNNEX involves managing daily cash activities, overseeing positive pay operations, and preparing and delivering cash activity reports to executives. This role involves working with large corporations such as banks and universities. Responsibilities also include administering the Electronic Funds Transfer Program, maintaining bank accounts, and ensuring stringent internal controls within the Treasury Department.

Join our dynamic Finance team at TD SYNNEX! We're a dedicated group of financial experts, playing a crucial role in supporting our company's success by efficiently managing treasury functions, including foreign exchange (FX), and capital-related activities.

What You'll do:

  • Balance daily cash activity to determine cash position.

  • Monitor and maintain positive pay for domestic cash management and making cash flow predictions.

  • Compile, transmit and present daily cash activity reports to stakeholders and executives.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to overcome financial and business challenges.

  • Administer the Electronic Funds Transfer Program.

  • Document and manage bank accounts and permissions as directed by management.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls in Treasury operations.

  • Creating records of transactions, financial forecasting and financial management systems and processes

  • Perform foreign currency trades.

  • Researching and preparing investment recommendations.

  • Building and maintaining new banking products and services.

What We're Looking for:

  • 2-4-year degree with relevant experience, or 3+ years of applicable experience.

  • Essential skills include adaptability, problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, a quick grasp of new systems and technology, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
