Job Summary:

The Digital Media Manager develops and oversees the execution of our digital marketing strategies, as well as runs the day-to-day operations and optimization of paid media and organic social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and oversees the implementation of digital media strategies that improve brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive conversions

  • Establishes priorities and set campaign objectives, budget, and relevant KPIs

  • Conducts market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals and identify more effective approaches to our digital marketing efforts

  • Creates guidelines for content production to ensure uniform brand messaging across all digital channels

  • Tracks campaign analytics and translates data into actionable insights that will help us optimize campaign performance and create more effective campaigns in the future

  • Prepares reports on campaign performance, behavior trends, or online traffic metrics and presents them to the rest of the team and senior leadership

  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline preferred

  • 5+ years of digital media management, paid search, and performance marketing experience

  • Experience forecasting and identifying trends and challenges

  • Expert knowledge of established and emerging search, social and programmatic platforms

  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver strong, clear communication to vendors and internal employees

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products by a proven large-scale media property

  • Digital Marketing Certifications and experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, social (integrated digital media) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics

  • Strong SEO, SEM and content marketing experience, including researching, planning and executing organic search campaigns
