We are currently seeking a qualified Supervisor to assist in the management of the retail shop and upholding the high standards of the operation. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations within RumFish Retail Shop and Outfitters Shop located on our beautiful RumFish Beach Resort location in addition to our Spa services offered on site. This person will work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure proper inventories and will also facilitate day-to-day operations, and training as necessary.

Assist Retail Manager in effectivley leading, managing and developing store and/or department operations and associates to maximize sales and profitability.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
• Conduct inspections of merchandise prices and displays and assist with inventory.
• Assist the Retail Manager in displaying store merchandise to its best advantage, ensure timely product rotation and replenishment, and help to maintain a cohesive and visually pleasing environment. May also make recommendations as to variety of merchandise stocked or displayed
• Maintain accurate reports to include but not limited to inventory records, cash receipt records, cash drawer variances, and attendance records.
• Assist with opening and closing of the Hotel Retail Store.
• Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.

• 2-3 years' prior experience supervising within the retail field, preferred
• Candidates who have earned or are working toward a degree in fashion, retail management etc. also a plus
