Job Description Summary

As a Regional Marketing Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be working with our Regional Director of Marketing and the regional marketing team in the daily execution of all marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing creative, organizational, and management support. This is a regional position supporting multiple divisions.

Job Details

We trust that as a Regional Marketing Manager you will: (responsibilities)

  • Lead overall management, coordination and execution of assigned marketing activities for Florida area divisions based on overall regional strategy, plan and direction.
  • Act as local marketing expert and leader in assigned areas-attending management meetings, sales meetings, and other key activities as assigned.
  • On a daily basis manage marketing requests and creative projects to ensure process for regional and local marketing materials is completed.
  • Assist Director of Marketing with any and all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all regional marketing programs.
  • Responsible for maintaining various departmental reports.
  • Manage creative and PR agencies and corporate teams in the request of and creation and printing of any marketing collateral and materials and PR projects as assigned.
  • Manage the digital marketing strategy at the regional level in partnership with the Regional Director of Marketing
  • Manage digital tools, including interactive site maps, online reservation system and website
  • Write, edit and proof copy.
  • Manage advertising programs and liaison to various vendors as assigned.
  • Manage collateral process and maintain all collateral supplies, samples and files including to floor plans, sales materials and creative samples.
  • Manage execution of regular promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the production, planning and staffing of special projects and events, Grand Openings, etc.
  • Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as required.
  • Utilize shared team to ensure all advertising, digital, production and creative initiatives and efforts are effectively supporting local markets and completed timely.
  • Manage and maintain overall schedules and execution of marketing programs for local markets.
  • Lead and manage team members as assigned.
  • Maintain ongoing milestone schedules for all communities in assigned area.
  • Coordinate the schedule and execution of emails/e-blasts and work with digital leads to track success of programs
  • Schedule, organize and maintain visual assets in the media library to include photography, art, virtual tours, etc

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 3-5 years of marketing experience with project management experience a plus
  • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
  • You are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
  • You are customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority
  • You understand the need to be organized, flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Interviewing, selecting, and training employees;
  • Setting rates of pay and hours of work;
  • Appraising productivity; handling employee grievances or complaints, or disciplining employees;
  • Determining work techniques;
  • Planning the work; Apportioning work among employees;

  • Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
