As a Digital Marketing Manager for Paid Media and Performance, you will oversee paid media acquisition campaigns for three (3) key areas of the Primo Water business: new customer adds for North America water direct business which is our 3/5g business that delivers to home and offices in US and Canada under the Primo Water national brand and our regionals (i.e. Canada = Canadian Springs); water connectivity on the razor/razor blade model where our water options connect directly with purchases of our dispensers; and our other business services = Filtration, Refill/Exchange under the Primo Water flagship brand name. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.

Salary Range: $105,000 - 125,000 plus bonus


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance with media agency/director by reviewing day to day data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
  • Collaborate with media agency and assist in overseeing acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Effectively communicate complicated analysis by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
  • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
  • Oversee test strategies and innovation of creative assets with paid media agency.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
  • Test new channels and trends (such as voice search, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Digital Out of Home, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, Communications, or other business-related.
  • 3-4 years work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Experience using Google Anaytics, Bazaarvoice, Brightedge, FullStory, Tableau or similar tools.
