This role is focused on and responsible for the growth of Healthcare in the Florida region. This includes development, implementation, publication, and administration of business development strategies and objectives to achieve sales goals across the state. This role will work closely with all Business Units supporting their Florida strategies in the healthcare market in particular. The expectation is 80% of sales should be healthcare and Florida related with the other 20% open to other markets and geographies. This role will partner with other BD colleagues, marketing, CRMS and PMs and operations leaders. This role implements a consistent vision in order to meet growth and profit goals and enhance the firm's reputation.
