Data Literacy Lead
Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or training
Experience Required
  • At least five (5) years of experience with development and delivery of large-scale training programs.
  • Must have knowledge in training professional staff in the use, manipulation, or presentation of data to a wide range of audiences.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge or experience in survey design and implementation for a large organization or the public.
Job Objective
The Data Literacy Lead will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Data Strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert leadership and guidance in performance under this contract.
  • Responsible for leading the overall efforts to expand data literacy across the Agency by recommending, developing, and presenting professional training and development sessions to help enhance enterprise data use and comprehension.
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or training
