Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Uses microscope to verify correct part placement and orientation, manually align parts before soldering, and perform post-re-flow inspection and touch-up.
  • Identify and touch up poor wetted solder joints, solder voids / insufficient solder, solder shorts/ bridges, misaligned parts/leads, tombstoned and or billboarded components, and any out solder defects that may occur during the SMT operation.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay $21.00 - $24.00 /Hour.
  • Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.
  • Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in using rework equipment such as hot air pencils, hot plates, and BGA removal (ERSA or other OEM)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in surface mount components
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Soldering
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Be able to read instructions and identify standard SMT components.
  • Be an extraordinary solder technician or operator who has used re-work equipment

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
