Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in using rework equipment such as hot air pencils, hot plates, and BGA removal (ERSA or other OEM)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in surface mount components
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Soldering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IPC-610 and IPC J-STD-001
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Be able to read instructions and identify standard SMT components.
- Be an extraordinary solder technician or operator who has used re-work equipment
