POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Located in Bellingham, MA

The Senior Installation Technician is a key member of our installation team, responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining our customer's equipment to the highest standards. This role requires advanced technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence. The Senior Installation Technician will also provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful project completion.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Routing and Coordination:
    • Plan delivery and installation routes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in installing and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring installations meet quality standards.
  • Supervision and Training:
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, mentoring them in installation procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Equipment Handling and Driving:
    • Safely load and transport equipment using appropriate tools and vehicles, including box trucks and forklifts.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance:
    • Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all installation activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
    • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and support junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of installation procedures, tools, and equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Certification or training in relevant technical fields is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Bend or twist body.
  • Use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools. or controls.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Keep or regain their balance.
  • Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
